Cauliflower wraps:

So, my first introduction back to cooked foods was vegetables. Yes, how boring. But they were actually really good. They didn’t include salt and they were nice. I ate some with my mom’s homemade hot sauce (bad idea).

Back to the cauliflower wraps: they were quite simple (taste wise) for someone transitioning
back to cooked foods. They tasted really good with some guacamole. I ate some cold the next
day, and the flavor was enhanced (or perhaps its just that I was used to consuming cold food).

Ingredients: mushrooms, squash, onion, cabbage, and Mrs. Dash.

First, steam some leaves (whole) of cauliflower for about 5 min.
Steam all the other veggies
Then place the veggies in the cauliflower leaf.
You can either eat as is, or bake them in the oven for about 10 min with some seasoning.
Enjoy.

I think I might try this again with some beans or quinoa.

The whole experience made my stomach somewhat bloated. But at the time being, it wasn’t soo bad. I did get bad stomach cramps. I couldn’t even see my toes when I looked down because my stomach had expanded that much full of air. I looked like I was a few months pregnant. However, I am now eating raw foods pretty much the entire day, except for dinner.

Typically my meals are:
Breakfast = fruit
Snack: fruit
Lunch = fruit and vegetables
Snack: fruit
Dinner = cooked foods
Snack? = fruit or air popped popcorn

This was a picture of my whole dinner

It was the cauliflower wrap, a raw taco, and the papaya-corn salad (taco fillings).

Papaya-Corn Salad:
This included: tomatoes, mango, papaya, corn, celery, cilantro and lime
Taco time:
All wrapped up in a huge romaine lettuce leaf and topped with guacamole.
